PRIVACY NOTICE

What we collect, and why

This is a pre-launch page. It exists to tell you about Vineport and to let you ask us to email you when it launches. It does no more than that. This notice covers only what the site actually does.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is vineport.app (registered domain). You can reach us at info@vineport.app.

2. What we collect

Your email address.
Your first name, if you choose to give it (optional).
A record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, its version, and a timestamp.

We collect nothing else. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no tracking on this page.

3. Why we use it

To send you a single email when Vineport launches — and, before that, one confirmation email to verify your address (double opt-in). That is the only purpose.

4. Our legal basis

Your consent. You give it by ticking the box and confirming via the double opt-in email. You may withdraw it at any time — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

5. Who processes it

Resend — our email service, which stores your details and sends the launch email.
Vercel — hosting, which processes the request when you submit the form.

Both act on our instructions under data-processing agreements.

6. How long we keep it

Until launch plus six months, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first. After that we delete it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@vineport.app or use the unsubscribe link.

If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).

8. Changes

If we change this notice before launch, the version here always reflects the current one. Material changes affecting people already on the list will be sent by email.
